Ranking in this guild is fairly straight forward, we like promoting people, However please DO NOT annoy officers or Guild Masters for a rank up. We are keeping an eye on everyone and we will promote you when the time is right. The method in which we promote our recruits are based on these three factors...

Player activity- How often you are online and playing the game

Guild activity- Helping guildmates with questions, missions and contributing to donations for the guildhall

Skill level/gear- Experience/knowledge of the game, level of gear and rank (Defender Elite, Vanguard) etc.
Recruit - Member
If you are active, friendly, and have been part of the guild for a while, you have a good chance at being promoted. Contributing to guild hall will also help you to being promoted to member.
Member - Veteran
A Veteran needs to be a Vanguard that fulfill the following requirements

Friendly, and trustworthy

Frequently active
-
Loyal to the guild for a long time

Been heavily involved with guild donations

Shows a general keen interest in the progression of the guild
Officers
Will be decided by Guild Masters and existing Officers if we feel another Officer is required. Usually the guild only runs 4 Officers at a time.
(Officers must master perfect chakra control, and change in chakra nature before they will even be considered :P)
